PF Changs Chicken Lettuce Wraps Copycat Freezer Meal

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Chicken
  • 1 can Water Chestnuts 8 oz can
  • 1/2 Yellow Onion
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 4 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce low sodium
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • Pepper to taste
  • Green Onion to garnish
  • Siracha to taste (1/2 tbsp to start)

Method
 

  1. Sauté the onions in a pan.
  2. Add the ground chicken.
  3. Add hoisin sauce, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and siracha (to taste) to the pan.
  4. Once the meat is cooked, add the diced water chestnuts to the pan. Cook 2 minutes. Take off heat.
