Prep Time 10 minutes

Course: Main Course
Cuisine: Japanese

Ingredients

  • 1 Can Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 Bottle Red Curry Sauce (Trader Joes)
  • 3 Tablespoons Soyaki Sauce (Trader Joes)
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Heads Bok Choy
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Package Gyoza

Method

  1. Combine red curry sauce, soyaki, and minced garlic in a baking pan
  2. Cut the red bell pepper into strips and add it to the pan
  3. Add the gyoza to the pan leaving out 5 individual gyozas for each frozen serving you are planning to make. (I usually make 2 servings, so 10 total).
  4. Cover in foil and bake at 400 degrees in the oven for 30 minutes
  5. While that is in the oven, blanche the bok choy. Add bok choy to boiling water for three minutes. Remove and place in a bowl of cold water to avoid further cooking.
  6. Freezer Meal: Add 5 Frozen Gyoza to a freezer cube (2 cup size). Once cooled, add the sauce to the 1 cup level in the freezer cube. Add the desired amount of bell pepper. Add blanched bok choy. Freeze and enjoy for up to 3 months.
